In order  to make your CEEPUS experience as pleasant as possible , National CEEPUS Office (NCO)  as one of 16 member of CEEPUS “family”, prepared as many information  and hopefully you will get all answers and information you need and want. We will be glad to  welcome you in our country to meet new friends, get new knowledge and irreplaceable international experience.

CEEPUS is based on “networks”, a “network” is established when  min. 3 universities connect and establish a specific “network”. Therefore we have 2 types of students:Network Mobility (in the “network”) and Freemover Mobility (outside “networks”).


Funds:

Students Students (Undergraduate, MA, PhD candidates)	286 EUR*	*NOTE: Scholarship consists of: 286 EUR subsistence per month paid to student  accommodation at student dormitories (100 – 200€ per month) arranged by CMEPIUS and paid by the Ministry directly basic medical insurance for the whole stay in Slovenia for non-EU exchange students if no bilateral agreement on health insurance signed between the Republic of Slovenia and the applicant’s home country if applicable (124 € per month) food coupons (subsidy) public transfer (subsidy) first temporary residence permit submitted at a diplomatic mission or consulate of the Republic of Slovenia abroad is  free of charge
