How do I apply

The application is on line at CEEPUS  for all the details and specifications you can ask your national agency that you find under a national flag at this web page.
Scholarships are awarded for the academic year period from 1st of October  and until 30th September.

National regulation

National regulation for professors is 1 professor per network!!! Visiting teachers need to arrange the accommodation by themselves with the help of the host institution.

What documents do I need

After you will be nominated CMEPIUS will send documentation to you and you can apply for visa if needed.

Tax, contract

When you will come to Slovenia you can open a bank account, in order to do this you will have to get a Slovenian tax number. After receiving the number you go to any bank and open an account. When you will get a bank account, please send me your tax number and your bank account number as soon as possible in order to make you a contract and to transfer the money.

By Slovenian Tax law profes s ors grant are taxed (32,5%.), so we are asking you to fill in the form attached here to avoid the tax, please fill the form and send it at CMEPIUS as soon as possible.

In the form you must fill paragraf 2, paragraf 5 (type of income-CEEPUS profesor's grant; Due date of payment-put the second day of your stay in Slovenia; the rest I think it is very clear what to put in) and paragraf 8 PLEASE BE CAREFUL (8. To be completed by the competent authority of the country of which the recipient of income is a resident for tax purposes).

Profesors that from countries we don't have a treaty (Austria, Macedonia, Poland, Slovakia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Montenegro and Serbija) do not need sending the KIDO 7 form, since the procedure is different for those countries.

Teacher report

When your exchange is over you have addmit an On line Teacher report on our web site.Your coordinator or mentor must send us a filled in Letter of Confirmation at CMEPIUS, Ob zeleznici 30a, 1000 Ljubljana. You also have to do your Mobility report in CEEPUs system  where you have applied for your scholarship.
