Grundtvig learning partnership
The Grundtvig Learning Partnership is a framework for practical co-operation activities between organisations working in the field of adult learning in the broadest sense - formal, non-formal or informal. The partnerships focus more on process, and aim to broaden in particular the participation of smaller organisations wishing to include European cooperation in their education activities.
In the partnership must be at least 3 participating countries. If you would like Slovenian partner you can:
- Use existing contacts and networks: Many organisations already have European links through networking bodies, partnerships or work contacts. Using partners already known by your organisation means you can rely on a pre-existing relationship to add commitment to the partnership. So why not talk to your colleagues to see who they know?
- Use the CMEPIUS Partner Search Database
- Attend a Contact Seminar
Deadline: The next deadline to apply for a Partnerships Projects grant is in early 2011.
Objective: A Grundtvig Partnership (also know as a Grundtvig Learning Partnerships) is a small scale co-operation project focused on the exchange of knowledge, information, staff and learners across Europe. Partnerships focus on the process of European co-operation rather than being ‘product’ or ‘outcome’ focused. Activities consist of local activities in a partner's own organisation and mobility activities to visit partner institutions abroad.
Activities can be very wide ranging and include:
- exchanges of staff and adult learners;
- partner meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences;
- performances (e.g. theatre plays & musicals);
- fieldwork, project research;
- linguistic preparation for staff and learners involved in the activities;
- production of dissemination and information materials about the Partnership,
- exhibitions resulting from the project activities; and
- online activities.
